Return Policy

Things happen and we understand that sometimes the product doesn't meet your expectations. We will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase.

An original sales receipt or packing slip dated within 30 days of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

Return Requirements

  • Unused merchandise must be returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • A receipt must accompany any return

  • In-store returns without a receipt are offered store credit in the form of a gift card for the lowest price sold in-store in the past 30 days.

  • Returns with a gift receipt are offered a gift card or an exchange.

  • Original shipping charges are not refunded.

  • Under no circumstances do we allow the return or exchange of ammunition or firearms.

  • Custom or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Other exclusions may apply at the sole discretion of the Erie Sport Store, Inc.

Returning a product by mail:

  1. Repackage item(s) in the original packaging including all paperwork, parts, and accessories
  2. Remove all extra shipping labels from the previous shipping on the outside of the box
  3. Include a copy of the Order Conformation email and list a return reason in the space provided.

5. Ship the package using a mail service of your choice, but it needs to include tracking. Please email us the tracking number so that we may watch for it. 

6. For orders of $75 it is suggested that you insure the order and require signature confirmation. 

* The Erie Sports Store does not accept packages sent as Cash on Delivery (C.O.D). All shipping charges must be paid.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

Refunds are provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item plus any sales tax and will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the item back. 

Canceled Orders

We are very sorry to say that sometimes we must cancel an order. The two most common reasons are that the item is out-of-stock or the order failed our Fraud Prevention Checklist.

Fraud Prevention: Sadly, fraud happens and we do our best to prevent unauthorized transactions from taking place. In an effort to do so, we have credited a checklist that every transaction must pass before we process an order for shipping. If the order does not meet all of our requirements, it will be canceled.We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
